A little about me

My name is Anita and I qualified as a dog trainer in 2012.
Being an instructor is my great passion, and I am passionate about helping people and dogs to have a closer bond and better cooperation.

My training is based on positive reinforcement, i.e. learning with treats, toys and praise. I have a great interest in dog behavior and emphasize trust, joy and contact between owner and dog.

If you are getting a puppy or have just gotten a puppy, it may be good to have a puppy visit where we talk about how you can get off to the best start. We look at contact exercises, recall and going for walks, all in a combination of talk and exercises.

Group training

A.T. Hundetræning offers a range of group training courses designed to strengthen the bond between you and your dog through effective training and cooperation.

We offer three types of teams: Puppy motivation, which helps the youngest dogs get off to a good start, Basic team, which focuses on training family dogs, and Young dog team, which supports teenagers in a challenging period. The training is tailored to create security, success and learning for both dog and owner.

Boost your dog’s confidence and your cooperation

Nosework

Nose work is a relatively new dog sport in Denmark, where the dog is trained to find one or more scents (lavender / eucalyptus / anise) on time, in four different environments (container search, indoor search, outdoor search and vehicle search).

Nose work can be practiced as activation / mental training for family dogs or as a competitive sport.
